Foolishness! I don't believe that was the truth, but if it were the truth, voting him in as president only made matters worse, not better. New York, don't vote your governor president just to get him out of New York! BTW, Arkansas is not good enough for the Clintons, they have moved to New York, to be with buddy Cuomo, I guess. Cuomo sly political animal? He has been at the same dinner table as the Clintons.

My home states are Texas and Oklahoma. Best people ever. I have wondered if it's because of the wide open spaces - no trees and valleys to hide behind. You HAVE to be neighborly. :-)SharonRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16043548752523750347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13729569.post-14464733464087087692014-02-12T09:51:11.309-05:002014-02-12T09:51:11.309-05:00David,

Like a lot of Southerners, I all too easily associate all of NY with NYC. Other than the accents, these gentlemen were about as "redneck" as folks from south of the Mason-Dixon, and had about the same contempt for the "culture" coming out of NYC and its environs.

Keep up the fight!

Regards,
David SmithAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13729569.post-92218202032566849512014-02-12T07:53:56.074-05:002014-02-12T07:53:56.074-05:00Homestead Lady—

Thanks for the affirmative comment.

CHopper—
That is a GREAT web site. THank you very much for letting me know about it!

Hi Brenda—

It's good to hear from you.

I made a mistake when I posted the blog. Our governor is not Mario Cuomo. It's his boy, Andrew. I don't even know the name of my governor! :-)

Yes, it would be a glorious thing if ANDREW could have a Nebuchadnezzar experience. That said, I am praying imprecatory prayers for the man, and that is something I almost never do.

Herrick Kimballhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17116051416696885647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13729569.post-57124841308573451452014-02-11T19:54:36.482-05:002014-02-11T19:54:36.482-05:00It took courage to publish this post. I have also homeschooled for 16 years, this is my last year as my youngest will graduate. Loved the article you posted. I wish all states would be more like the "Sooner" state! The Homestead Ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17111680238499268430noreply@blogger.com
