I was in Ecuador in 1997. I have seen this mountain and the valleys that surround it. It is a beautiful place and the people that inhabit the region are a wonderful people. I had heard of this family from the missionary that we were visiting at the time. Though we never met any of them. One day, I'd love to return there. Time and life have a different meaning down there. I miss it.
Makes me want to help him in some way. It also helps us understand how blessed we truly are.
